We called with an emergency..keys locked in a running vehicle in a grocery store parking lot. Said they would be there in 30 minutes. 45 minutes went by; we called back. Man said he'd be there in 15 minutes. 20 minutes went by; we called back. The man said he was in NORFOLK on the other side of the TUNNEL on a FRIDAY NIGHT, and didn't have directions so he didn't know what time he'd be there. He could not get to us because we did not know the exact address of the grocery store. I cannot accept such incompetence and complete disregard for emergency situations. We had $200 o
