We were having a hard time finding a room in this area and another hotel offerred to phone Graziano's, who said they had a room available. They were given a credit card to hold the room and we drove 30 minutes to get there. When we arrived we were told they did not have a room. We subsequently had to drive back the way we came for 45 minutes to get to another hotel we found on our GPS. There were no offers of trying to find an alternative, or offer of compensation. How unprofessional. I'm sure had we not shown up, we would have been charged on the card. MAKE SURE
