I am highly disappointed with Park West for having me brow dry my own hair this past Saturday. I was told my hair was too thick and curly for the owner to do and cut and she "didn't have the time" to dry it herself because she was late for her next client. I was set up at the next station and given a blow dryer to do my own hair and only then will she finish my bangs. I would have left if it wasn't for my bangs. I am embarrassed having to to that in front of other people, I will not recommend your salon. If Park West cannot be professional and look at my hair for
