I spoke to the manager in Victorville office on 2/15/11. He seemed rather uninformed and unprofessional for a person who is a manager. During our conversation, he told me that it is not necessary to have a driver's license to drive. I found this outrageous that a manager would be encouraging the public to drive without a license. The implication was that as long as you have Adriana's auto insurance that's all you need to drive.
