Ours is a family heritage of fine chocolates.Alethea is the name of our great grandmother, known in Kozani, Greece for her homemade confections. Continuing in her tradition, we create the finest handmade chocolates, using only the purest of ingredients, to appeal to the true chocolate connoisseur and to those who simply love all things chocolate. Dean recently hosted a tour for Jane and Michael Stern, of Road Food fame. The couple toured the country in search of great food, and discuss their finds on American Public Radio's The Splendid Table.In their Jan 9, 2010 segment, they declared Buffalo as "probably the best city in the United States for hot fudge sundaes and chocolate candies." Particularly sponge candy. The Sterns regarded our sponge candy as "the best," "of the dozen different places in [Buffalo] that make their own [sponge candy.]" Neighborhood:We are proudly located in Williamsville, NY.
