I recently ordered some flowers from Garden Gate over the phone. I ordered an arrangement that I was told would be $20-$25. Then my credit card is charged over $35 for a delivery fee and taxes that I was not told about before giving my credit card information. I was also asked for a phone number for the recipient and told it would only be called if no one was home. I explained that this was a surprise and that the delivery needed to be made in the afternoon when the recipient got home from surgery.
