We have enjoyed dining at Romana's for years, however one evening I had the worst pasta dish ever. I informed the waitress that I was not happy with the meal. She tells me she will inform the owner. While I'm waiting I pick at the side dish. By the time I get service my wife had almost completed her meal. I chose not to order anything else as a result of the time. The owner charges me half the price because I ate the side dish as I was waiting for service. Then she tells my wife and I that every one likes our food and there is nothing wrong with the pasta dish...HELLO.....I
