Review
I found the degree of professional knowledge and client interaction far above any other I have encountered in the area. I base this on personal knowledge in this field. I had been a certified personal trainer in the 80's and 90's worked in the field for over 15 years; I have been training with weights since before I joined the Army at 17 and belonged to numerous gyms local and across the country. I write this to let you know my background for writing this review. Randy is one of the best I have come across, if not the best. But go for yourself and make your own opinion.
