I am absolutely appalled at the rudeness and hostility exhibited today by an employee of Marty's Towing in Grand Island. My car was stuck in mud off West River Road, and this fellow was sent to assist me. From the moment he approached me, he was rude. After literally raising his voice at me, he said it would take him a "very long time" and it would cost me $95 plus $1 a minute!When I asked him for an estimate of how much it would cost, he refused to quote a price. He abruptly left. I called him back and asked him again how much it would cost, and he literally screamed at me
