John is a super guy, very friendly with you and your animal. Very gentle with any animal, takes excellent care and concern for any pet he is working on. HIs own pets are like family so you have a 5 Star right there in my book. He has done and excellent job with my mom's Schnauzer an her Maine Coon Cat that thinks he is a dog! Excellent work John!
