Although the shop was close to us, the hours were random -- the owner (?) was not always there during shop hours. I left my daughter's graduation dress and a pair of ballets flats with her to dye to the trim color of the dress. For $38 I had to wait 8 days, only to find that they were the wrong color. She then promised to correct them and have them ready by the next day @ 10am. I called @ 10:30 and she was still not @ the shop (made it by 11). Shoes were now too dark and were also damaged.
