My love for Arizona Power Yoga and all of the teachers there is hard to put into words. I would highly recommend this studio, this practice, this community to anyone. Its a warm welcoming atmosphere and I always felt like i belong. The great thing about Arizona Power Yoga is that people actually talk to you! In a lot of studios this is not the case. The practices are challenging and rewarding. Give it a try!
