A YOUNG LADY NAME CHRISTINA WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE I HAD CALLED SEVERAL STORES, AND THEY WERE VERY UNWELCOMING AND NOT VERY INFORMATIVE, UNTIL I CALLED THIS STORE AT 5931 S. KEDZIE CHICAGO IL , AND THE YOUNG LADY ACKNOWLEDGE MY GREETING AND WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WAS WILLING TO LISTEN TO MY QUESTIONS AND TOOK TIME TO ANSWER THEM. I WISH ALL THE OTHER STORES WOULD PRACTICE GREETING CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE AND/OR ACKNOWLEDGE THE CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY ARE GREETING THEM. IT IS GOOD FOR BUSINESS AND MANY CUSTOMERS HAD STOP GOING BACK TO THE STORES, JUST BECAU
