I called them about a pair of Ugg boots, they had my size and quoted me a price of $165, on the internet they had them for $200. I said great and gave them my credit card number and mailing address. About 15 minutes later they call me back and say that they can't give them to me for $165 they scan for $200. The owner Marjie talked to me and kept saying that the salesgirl was new and gave me the wrong price but I think as far as customer service goes, she should have honored the price and she would have had me as a customer and I would have gone back.
