I had to file a police report, don't give Mr. Louis Herve Lochard ANY money, you will never see him again. He also hit on two of my neighbors and we had a little neighborhood drama because of this guy. He stole from one of my neighbors, they have it on their lawn cam. It wasn't anything of value but something that was valuable to them and he stole it and lied about it. We had some electronics come up missing too but nothing i can prove was him. He also took prepayment to work on my home, took the money said he'd be back to start the job and haven't heard fro
