I had 35 people over for my son's first birthday party, 15 of them were children (I have a large family). I asked to have the moonwalk set-up by 9:30 even though the party started at 11:00 because I know things do not go as planned. I called at 9:45 to find out when to expect them and was told 20 minutes. My husband called again at 10:30 and was told 20 minutes. We called two more times but no one even answered the phone.
