Our ceiling was falling in the bathroom, and Greg recognized the cause. It was a missing shingle, he repaired the roof and it does'nt leak anymore. He removed our ceiling wall board, and inspected the wood , and insulation. Necessary repairs were made, and he installed the light we have always wanted in that room. It looks great! He is a top notch painter too. The repairs had to be made, but he beat the prices of two other contractors. The job was done in a timely manner with respect to our home. I will refer him to the rest of my family.
