The final product and service isn't worth the heartache of broken promises for when she'll be finished, the constant delays and excuses were unprofessional. I was promised 2 months and it dragged out to 5 months, causing heartache each time I couldn't deliver the bouquet to my daughter. Christie's promises easily but doesn't deliver anything but excuses and delays. I had to visit her business twice to get responses to my phone messages.
