TRIGGER POINTS%u2026Pull one and you could get a shooting pane running up and down any muscle in your body. In my case, the trigger point was located deep in my hamstrings. Now this is not the first time I%u2019ve blown out one of my hamstrings, but never have I recovered so quickly, thank to Christopher Giotta. You know...
