Review
Our water heater leaked and the HSA warranty company sent Total Air/Polar Plumbing. We were told they were the same. They took $75 for the trip, turned the water off, said they would call later to schedule the replacement but never did even though we called repeatedly. They never took our call. Always the person was "away" from the phone. We had to get another company to finish the repair at our expense even though we really had full coverage under the HSA contract. My advice is...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
