We were looking forward to the reopening of this historic building after it's last incarnation, and boy was it worth the wait! The building inside looks terrific, clean and well-appointed, but it is the food that is remarkable. Everything from the combinations of sauces, to sides on very cool book plates. We enjoyed the Diver Scallops which were unbelievabley yummy, with white truffle oil. And the Salmon, perfectly cooked with fennel and kalamata olives.
