i was 1 1/2 blocks away from my car when i saw the tow truck driver arrive much earlier than i was told he would be there.(the tow place was less than a mile from where i was stranded which would have been good to know if ge had bothered telling me instead of saying it would be 40 minutes-they had just talked to the tow people so why they couldn't have given a more precise time frame i don't know. i started walking back to my car but the tow driver pulled out after less than 1 minute while i was half a block away. i crossed the street to flag him down, stood in the
