Our truck has been in for service several times and the wrong part ordered again, again and again for each separate service item. More excuses as they can't understand the computer system, it is unclear what part to order. The service person put on a broken part knowing that it was broken. The fix was to take it off another truck but then alas, a part was found. His excuse was that it wasn't given to him, so therefore put a broken piece on a car.
