I would like to send my complements to the Chef @ the Foxcroft Cracker Barrel. I never order Pancakes when I eat out @ various Restaurants as they are usually rubbery, over nuked, or just plain hard!!. I took a chance and ordered Pancakes on yesterday and to my surprise they were awesome. Just like I make them @ home and like my Mother used to make (when she was able) crispy, buttery,soft middle and Delicious!!! Our Waitress was Holly and she was Great!! Thank You for changing my mind about PC's. Keep up the Good Work with Great Meals!!
