Terrible 1st experience...I sent my boyfriend with a pic of how I wanted my dog groomed. He picked him up & paid $45. When I saw his cut I noticed it was still way too long. The office was closed 7/4 so I called on 7/5 & spoke with the owner who was very polite about the situation. We brought him back in on 7/5 to have it fixed. At pick up my boyfriend was told there is a $22 fee...WHAT?? I spoke with the groomer who was rude so, I asked to speak with the owner she stated this was a "new groom" so an additional fee was due.
