this is the only facility that was able to get my mom off the vent. the pulmonologists are present at the facility and very involved throughout the course of the day to do the weaning off the vent. the down side is that they hire phillipino doctors who work as cna's in the u.s. and they do not use good nursing technique to clean the pt. i observed a male cna from the phillipines soak a pt in water where feces could get into the uretha and cause sepsis. my mother died of a hospital aquired infection.
