my family and i had a pig butchered from these guys 3 yrs ogo and it was the worst that i ever got.The meat that we got was very old tasting and i do beleive that it was not the same hog that we sent to them.I know these things cuz i was a butcher for 2 yrs.on top of that we asked them to be very careful about leaving blood on the ground,so the kids would not see it,and when i got home it was everywhere!I had to clean it up before the kids got home. Be very careful going to this place and i dont recommend it!
