I called Dr. Roger's office to schedule a new patient appointment for my daughter. Before calling the clinic I looked at Greatwest Healthcare's website and it clearly indicated that they were accepting new patients. After being hassled by the office staff about whether or not the doctor would see my daughter I was told that they were not accepting greatwest new patients only established patients.
