Terrible service! Do not use this company!! Never on time, vehicles are falling apart. Customer service people are rude and you can't get the owner or management to return a call. We had a 10:00 AM pickup to go to the airport. When the driver didn't show up, we called customer service. They acted like it was my problem that they were late. We found out that the vehicle had broken down on its way to pick us up and they were sending another vehicle. It arrived 30 minutes late.
