I went to this dealer to have my oil changed and check why the cigar lighter was not working. they told me it would take one hour. after waiting two hours I asked them what the hold up was. they told me they were waiting for a fuse to be delivered. I was shocked that a ford dealer did not stock fuses for a ford product. I told them to forget the fuse that I would put it in myself. I drove one block to auto plus auto parts paid $1.00 for the fuse and they installed it for free. ford wanted $34.18 to do the same thing and charged me the $34.18 because they had already o
