I want to preface this review by saying I work in customer service so I like to think of myself as a patient understanding customer. With that being said , I have never in my life dealt with a company that was so rude and disrespectful to its customers. I have no idea how they stay in business. I dropped off several items to get dry cleaned and when I went to go pick them up, a pair of khaki pants were covered in yellow stains. It looked like a chemical liquid had been dropped on them. No problem , the lady behind the counter offered to send them back to be "fixed%
