I am leasing an apartment from UCR and my ENTIRE experience has been anything but professional. On the day that I signed my lease the man behind the front desk was drinking a beer and reading a Victoria's Secret catalog during business hours. The website has an email address as one of the suggested contact methods- my emails are never responded to. My apartment has was entered on an "emergency" basis and the not only was the "emergency" not corrected but I was not called before let alone after the entry. The only communication in reference to this emergency was some chicken
