These people are scumbags.. They engage in predatory towing. They will literally watch you park your car and tow you if you walk across the street to get a burrito.they laughed when I asked for a ride to the yard (It was pouring rain). I don't know how they sleep at night. 120 bucks off a poor college student. My family will appreciate the lack of christmas gifts this year..
