I got a gift certificate for here. I had an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes before they started working on me. Then the lady took a hunk out of my toe and tried to use nail GLUE to glue it. What the heck? She left me after painting one foot to go wax someone. The customer service is awefull. I asked her not to glue it then she took out an unmarked glue bottle and did it anyway. I could tell by the small when I got home. It blead for over an hour. I left before she painted them. I gave them the gift certificate and did NOT tip.
