Where can I begin to explain how awful Hill Place is? The apartments are constructed very poorly and horribly insulated so your air/heat is constantly running, which in turn goes over your $50 energy cap. The breakers trip on the regular. During the winter, you have ice on the inside of your window. It took them two or three tries to unclog my shower properly. Those really nice amenities aren%u2019t that great. Half the treadmills in the fitness center don't work. During my tour, they told me that the printer in the club house offered free printing. Cool! Wel
