Awesome find! I actually forgot I was in Downingtown!!! The old papermill has been turned into a posh, swanky hotspot! The minute I walk in the door I was warmly greated by the staff and seated right away. My server was very knowledgable on everything from the specials, the menu to the extensive wine list! My food- the Firecreek chopped cobb salad was TO DIE FOR! Ive been thinking about it ever since! It was not you typical cobb salad- grilled to perfection herbed chicken,big chucks of smoked bacon, red onion, avacado and a house-made chipolta ranch dressing that had just t
