They are friendly with you before your job. Once they start, they sub-contract out all their work. Their installers who came to my home were all from a half-way house (they actually told me this), and pardon me, but were trashy. They are all 10-99 subcontractors, according to them. I know that one of them stole a bathroom vanity and sink from my garage when they were here-this is after their people continually asked what I planned on doing with various building materials that were on-site.
