This family farm was awesome and definetly not a "backyard" operation. The location to begin with is in the Rocky Mountain high country settled just under the colligiate peaks all over 14000 ft high.Totally beautiful! The dairy building is big with state of the art equipment but the really cool part is they have these great interactive tours that invite you in to get involved with milking the goats and then you can view the entire cheese making operation through huge glass windows while the goats are being milked.
