If I could give a negative star, I would! Had a HORRIBLE experience for my daughter s 6th birthday. To save money, we did not rent their party room. My parents came in to give her presents. Attendee said we could not open presents unless we paid for a room. I thought it was not smart for a business, but oh well. Parent(s)/guardian (s) are there to keep an eye on their children & attendees are there to watch the bounce houses. One of the bounce houses came unplugged, I was told that was common. The attendant did not notice because she was too busy on comp
