Very negative experience at this store. These people are not to be trusted and will sell you ANYTHING under false pretenses, just to make a sale. We did not know that this store was not a Verizon owned store, but just an agent, as the only sign outside the building says "Verizon". I had been a Verizon customer for 12 years prior to a visit to this store and never had any problems with my Verizon service or bill. They sold my husband and I bundled home phone, cell phones and home internet service. The internet service worked only half the time, needing to
