One of my wife's blouses was misplaced and she was told that Blair's would get back to her. Two weeks later she received a call indicating that the blouse was found. She picked up the blouse half expecting that there would be no charge. The worker called the manager, Lynn, and she spoke to my wife. My wife described Lynn as the rudest person she had encountered in a retail setting. Lynn contested the time it took to notify my wife that her blouse was found. Lynn would never apologize and told my wife to stop interrupting her. I run a $15,000,000 company
