Great place! Instructors are amazing! Besides getting in better shape in general, my instructor Stacy has helped me with some back problems I've had for ages! I look forward to my sessions every week and always bring friends with me so they can try it out! Definitely recommend for anyone in the Louisville area! The facility is really unique and has so many Pilates machines I've never seen at another place. Really brings something special to the experience
