Dishonest!! Do not pay until work is complete!! Don't pay because he will not return. I had a lot of projects that I needed completed and Justin of Morse Improvements seemed decent and trustworthy. Boy was I wrong!!!Dishonest!!! It has been 3 months and my work is still not completed. I called and he, Justin, told me that his wife was really sick. The next excuse was that someone was supposed to complete it for him. Bottom line I am out of $600. The garage floor he put in is peeling, the spa boards are coming loose, and the outside meta
