Jerry is no longer doing repairs for jet appliance and now a young man "Ryan" will show up at your door, I found out the hard way that now, Jet does not stand behind their repairs. If you hire them, be prepared, not only will your appliance be further damaged, but you can expect to be entertained with Ryan's lies and excuses, Do yourself a favor, just call Sears or Max's they are both reputable and they will stand behind their work! Don't make me say I told you so!
