I'm really not sure what "some guy in coleyville" is talking about. Both of my parents have been helped by the team at Grapevine. The service and care has been top notch and they've both purchased top of the line devices and paid no where near $7,000. There is no substitute for experience, so don't listen to me... I encourage you to go and see [and hear :-)] for yourself.
