Julie Spero, M.B.A., N.C. I am a Bauman College certified Nutrition Consultant & Natural Chef. I am also certified in AcuPoint Integrative Technique. I believe optimal nutrition and the proper absorption of nutrients is fundamental to good health and vitality. My focus is on organic, seasonal, whole foods that are as nutrient dense and toxin free as possible. I use AcuPoint Integrative Testing to guide my use of professional quality supplements to address my clients’ specific biochemical individuality. My aim is to help facilitate a persons healing journey by providing food, nutrition & wellness strategies specific to their body and life.
