This place sucks...I called them to get a repair done to my light ballast, and asked them how soon it could be looked at because I had plants depending on those lights. They assured me they would look at it within 24-48 hours max. After 5 days and still promising me daily that my light was next in line...they still hadn't even touched the ballast! Well now all my plants are dead, and I know better to ever use or trust these guys again. If you actually need a repair done within a reasonable amount of time, don't bring your equipment here for repairs.
