Art Painting & Designing was established since 2007. The name by itself symbolized as a “Painting” and “Designing” which means that the Company is able to Perform Designing & Painting Projects. It all starts from the College Graduate student who had experienced in Engineering & Design Technology in the Construction Management Area. My name is Artur Divanyan; I am a Sole Proprietor of the Art Painting & Designing. I am Graduated from the American River College as a Designer & Draftsman. Four year College experience open for me a variety of choices to develop my career in many areas in the Construction trades of our Industry. I have specifically chosen C33 Classification as a Painting Contractor because of my previous experience of involvement in the Painting & Decorating Projects. The reason that I choose a Painting & Decorating Trade, because it entertains the beauty and artistic work of the finish Project of any job related to Painting. As a qualified Contractor from the State Board, my goal is to keep Contractor State Licensed rules and Regulations and provide best possible service and Performance to all our customers by satisfying and solving their Potential needs. Art Painting & Designing specialized to do any Architectural Design & Drafting drawings in Commercial & Residential work projects. Four years College and work experience help me to develop knowledge and skill in order to perform quality and accurate drawings for our costumers. All the drawings will be performed by Auto Cad software. If someone interested to remodel, alternate their structure or if you plan to extend or change the interior or exterior face of the building I can present you a variety of choices style of the looking with one or two point perspective so you better visualized the breathy of your structure. Also, I can present the drawings with 3D Perspective view point. Here is the set of drawings that I can assist to my customers: Floor Plan, Foundation Plan, Retaining Walls, Section view, Roof Plan and many other detailed drawings.
