I live in Fletcher Heights and recently got a you-need-to-paint-your-house- letter from the HOA. I know these are going out to homeowners in increasing numbers. After checking with several painting companies, I called Bob at Brandenburg Painting. He came right out and gave me an estimate that beat everyone else's by a good margin.
