We hired Judy Sarafian from Coco and Early she recommended only Tom Ruscak Thomas and Company to inspect our town house he was referred by our realtor Judy Sarafian from Coco and Early she said he was the best and the only one that she recommends she tells everyone to go to him. Tom did our first home inspection and he found so much wrong with it he suggested not to by it, it would cost a lot to fix it and the heat bill would be expensive.
